I have recently published a book titled, Career Transition Design , a practical handbook for an effective job search.   This book is a collection of materials gathered over the past ten years from many wonderful people who have shared their anecdotal job hunt experiences, from an abundance of articles and from my insight as an executive search consultant and as an employer.   Better yet these collected works have proven to be precise, comfortable and unbeaten in assisting individuals in initiating and following through with a career search.
