Claude has over 25 years of public and private Recruitment and Human Resources Management experience in several locations across Canada, with over 13 years focused on senior executive search experience. With his proven and unique set of skills in recruitment, policy development, organizational and management reviews, he is well qualified to assist our clients. Claude is the recipient of the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada Medal; the Medal honours Canadians who have made a significant contribution to their fellow citizens, to their community and/or to Canada.

Sarah joined the firm in 2002 where she has gained valuable experience recruiting executive and middle managers for client organizations in the private, not for profit and public sectors throughout Canada and the United States. She has a passion for our clients and candidates and she has a gift of being able to connect and build relationships with them. She implements human resources management practices and has the skill to establish a ’turnkey’ human resources management department for clients, focused on profitability and productivity.
