Claude D. Chapman, B.A. Psychology (Hons), FCHRP

Claude has over 25 years’ human resources management experience in several sectors across Canada, with over 15 years focused on senior executive search. With his proven and unique set of skills in recruitment, policy development, organizational and management reviews, he is well qualified to assist our clients.
Claude has authored a book titled, ‘Career Transition Design’ along with other text and articles. He has a great interest in the broader community demonstrated by holding roles such as President for Connect Employment Services for 10 years (place intellectually challenged people in the community); sat on Board of Directors and chaired the Human Resources Committee for Special Olympics (12 years); and Chair Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
He is the recipient of the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada Medal which honours Canadians who have made a significant contribution to their fellow citizens, to their community and to Canada.
He was recently the recipient of a prestigious honorary award, Fellow Certified Human Resources Professional. This award recognizes a member from the national Human Resources Associations who has made exemplary contributions to the profession.

Sarah Adkins, B.A., C.I.M., Senior Search Associate

Sarah brings valuable experience in executive and senior management recruitment for client organizations in the private, not for profit and public sectors throughout Canada and the United States. She offers human resources consulting expertise with the ability to establish a ’turnkey’ Human Resources department for clients, focused on profitability and productivity.
Sarah edited and was instrumental in bringing the book titled, ‘Career Transition Design’ to fruition. From the University of Winnipeg, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Human Resources Diploma and a Certificate in Management. She is an active member of the Human Resource Management Association and currently a member on the Human Resources committee for Special Olympics Manitoba.
She has a passion for our clients and candidates and has a gift of being able to connect and build relationships with them. Sarah is well qualified to serve our clients to meet their recruiting and human resources management requirements.

Heidi Neal, B. Comm. (Hons.) Senior Search Consultant

Heidi is an experienced search consultant with over nine years of related work experience and five direct years of professional recruitment experience. She has a proven ability to build trusting client relationships by listening, understanding needs, offering consultative and market information.
She recruits for executive and middle management professionals in a diverse range with private, public and not for profit sectors. She has an educational background in both marketing and human resources and is well versed in the sourcing challenges that face organizations today.
Her proven ability to assess the human resource challenges her clients face, identify qualified candidates and successfully facilitate the final selection process have helped ensure her clients are well positioned for future corporate strategic plans. Heidi also provides human resources management support to our clients. Her love for life, adventure, energy and commitment to friends and family are the same values she applies to her work; this is demonstrated through her most recent volunteer efforts with the Canadian Breast Cancer Society.

Roma Thorlakson, B.A., CHRP Executive Search Consultant

Roma brings senior level search expertise across a wide range of sectors. With twenty years’ experience in career management, leadership development and coaching with premier management consulting firms, she offers clients leading edge practices in talent management.
Roma is a Certified Talent Consultant with specialty training in use of Personality Assessments in Coaching High Potentials and Executives attained through the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT) in Atlanta, Georgia. She also completed a national Coaching Accreditation. For a major health organization, Roma developed and delivered career planning services for a selected pilot group. She also completed a major staffing project for the aerospace industry which included interviewing, assessing and hiring over 450 employees and management staff.
She earned an undergraduate degree with distinction and attained the highest mark on the Professional Practice Assessment in the CHRP certification. She enjoys partnering with organizational leaders to understand their goals and developing innovative strategies to attract top talent in a competitive marketplace. With her diverse experience, Roma is well qualified to be a client ambassador who can consistently bring in high-performing leaders to take your organization to the next level.

Andrew Kirk, B.A., Economics, Search Consultant

Andrew brings ten years of business and customer service experience in the transportation and financial services industries where he has handled many complex projects. His passion in working with and helping people succeed aligns well with our values in helping businesses grow through placement of top talent. He is an integral part of our team ‘sifting for gold’ to find the best candidates.
From the University of Manitoba, Andrew has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is an active member and appointed President of the Future Leaders of Manitoba where he is guiding companies to recognize future talent as well as honouring future leaders who go above and beyond in their community and province. He has been involved in leading community issues as a Board Member. Through his leadership skills and welcoming personality, Andrew is talented at bringing both business and community people together to successfully achieve common goals.
