Claude has over 25 years of public and private Recruitment and Human Resources Management experience in several locations across Canada, with over 10 years focussed on senior executive search experience.   With his proven and unique set of skills in recruitment, policy development, organizational and management reviews, he is well qualified to assist our clients.

John Van Luven, MSM, Vice President

John has over 30 years as a successful CEO/ Executive Director, General Manager in the forest, steel, manufacturing, healthcare, not for profit, and brewing industries. John is a professional Recruiter and Labour Relations consultant.  He was a member of the Executive Committee of Health Employers Association of BC; and currently sits on the board of the Healthcare Benefit Trust. He was on the Provincial Bargaining team for the last five sets of Provincial Collective Agreement Bargaining in Healthcare. He taught Management, Labour Relations and Organizational Behavior at BCIT for 22 years.  John is a recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal (MSM) by Governor-General Adrienne Clarkson in 2005 in recognition for his community work.  He is focused on recruiting highly qualified individuals and is extremely qualified to provide labour relations support for the Vancouver office.

Patricia is a successful senior Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with 25 years of experience in leading operations and financial management within private and public sectors.   Patricia's expertise in: recruiting, finance (Fellow Chartered Accountant), negotiations, business acumen, strategic thinking, client satisfaction, implementing cost effective structures, MIS systems and problem solving make her highly qualified to assist clients.  Her strong recruiting experiences from both a consumer of search consulting as an employer along with her diverse work experiences have provided her with clear insights into people needs for businesses to succeed.
