has over 30 years as a successful CEO/ Executive Director,
General Manager in the forest, steel, manufacturing, healthcare,
not for profit, and brewing industries. John is a professional
Recruiter and Labour Relations consultant. He was a
member of the Executive Committee of Health Employers Association
of BC; and currently sits on the board of the Healthcare Benefit
Trust. He was on the Provincial Bargaining team for the last
five sets of Provincial Collective Agreement Bargaining in
Healthcare. He taught Management, Labour Relations and
Organizational Behavior at BCIT for 22 years. John is
