Having dedicated ourselves to providing professional

D. Chapman & Associates Ltd. has adopted and adheres
to the Code of Ethics, and Professional Practice Guidelines
as established by the AESC, the Association of Executive
Search Consultants Inc. Details of the Code of Ethics
and Professional Practice Guidelines will be provided upon
request.
Confidentiality and Ethics
We make clear our commitment to the sensitivity of information
provided to us. We let it be known that we will not provide
any information without the explicit approval of a client
or candidate.
Towards this end, only those professionals directly involved in a particular
search may have access to a candidate's name or materials. These standards
assure clients and candidates that we are not just working for them but
also representing their best interests.
Reduce Risks for Clients by:
- Urging them to speak to as many of our references as
possible, regarding the quality of our service and being
judged on performance
- Presenting only the best candidates
- Implementing a proven Search Process
- Conducting thorough background enquiries,
- Following up with the new employee and client on an
ongoing basis to determine if there are any gaps (personal
or work related) to address and,
- We guarantee that for any reason during
the first twelve months of employment
either party should terminate the employment, we will
carry out a new search for another candidate with no
further charge for professional fees.
